Ticketing

Sultan Birding can offer you domestic flights within Indonesia to and from Sorong, Manokwari, Jayapura, Biak, Fakfak, Manado, Jakarta, Ambon/Moluccas, Makassar, Surabaya, and Denpasar (Bali). Integrated with Sultan Tour & Travel, an appointed agent of Garuda Indonesia Airlines, Lion Air Group – Batik Air, Wings Air, Lion Air, Super Jet, and Sriwijaya Air, and Trans Nusa, we are providing air tickets for all individual customers and overseas travel agents as well.

We offer this service to many travel agents as well as individual travelers, as purchasing these domestic flight tickets outside of Indonesia can be very difficult and/or prohibitively expensive.

We charge a nominal 20% service fee for this ticket service. We make the reservation and issue the tickets after we receive the bank transfer payment. The tickets are delivered as e-tickets (by email) or upon arrival in Sorong, Manokwari, or Sentani, Jayapura. We find most people don’t mind this surcharge as it guarantees that they have a seat, and it is generally cheaper than booking flights in their home country.

Note: All ticket sales are final – there are no refunds or exchanges allowed. If you need to change your ticket, penalties will apply, and they vary from airline to airline depending on airline. In certain cases (if it is possible to obtain a refund), there will be a service fee of US$ 100 per ticket, plus whatever the airline charges for refunding or changing a ticket.
